Great info about the grips! I broke my finger about a month ago and was worried lifting would be out for a while. I decided to give lifting hooks a try and now, not only can I keep on lifting….BUT…I’ve increased the amount I can lift on my deadlifts, lat pull downs, etc. Absolutely a neccesity for those looking to gain mass and train hard in the gym!
