- In this “chill” episode of the Dr. Clay show, I’ll tell you about a new study that says that vitamins block the effects of exercise – “what you talkin’ ’bout Willis?!”
- I’m also going to give you one of my best tips for bringing up lagging arms.
- Then I will tell you what type of water bottle you (and especially your children) should avoid, as well as what type you should use.
- I’ve also got three great tips for sore knees, and I will reveal my favorite resource for accurate nutrition information.
“Hook a brotha up!” Here are some handy links to things mentioned in this episode.
ElastiJoint – a great joint support product
Nutrition Action Health Letter – a great resource for nutrition information
Foam Roller – just in case you haven’t gotten one yet
Great Arm Routine – I went all out and laid out a complete arm-building routine for you. Consider it an early birthday present!
Clay, yet another good show. I like the relax approach!
Thanks for your advice Dr. Clay and answering my question on your show. Sorry about not saying where I come from: BC, Canada.
I’ve been trying some of your advice and switching from doing the elyptical machine everyday for 40-60 minutes to more like 25-minutes and then doing 30-45 minutes of swimming each day. Reducing my time on the elyptical and replacing it with swimming seems to have helped. So I agree with your assessment that varying the exercise I do for cardio has helped alot with my joint pain.
I also started taking a joint supports supplement and my knee after about two to three weeks of doing this feels a lot better than it has in a long time. I’ll try to keep using it regularly for a while longer.
Thanks again,
Wes
