I think I’d have to nominate Ryan Reynolds, Will Smith or Wesley Snipes. They all have a very nice mix of muscularlity and size. Not excessively large but very strong and healthy looking.
I’d go with Mario Lopez for men.
For women…lot’s of choices. I’d maybe go with someone like the girl from transformers. What’s her name?
